Fleet Compliance Audit
A Fleet Compliance Audit can be carried out as a stand alone activity to confirm an operator and fleet are complying with their responsibilities as per the Land Transport Act, as part of an annual audit of a fleet management system or as a precursor to the introduction of FleetSage
Vehicle Specification & Suitability Assessments
Another service that can be either stand alone or incorporated into FleetSage, this service assists the transport operator to set vehicle specifications and obtain vehicles tailored to the specific freight task, ensuring fitness for purpose at the most cost effective.
Workshop Compliance Audits
Tohora Enterprises Ltd offers workshop audits to both manufacturing and servicing workshops in the transport sector that can assist those in the sector to meet their compliance requirements with regards to the Land Transport Act, Land Transport Rules and the Health and Safety at Work Act.

Workshop Quality Management Systems
Tohora Enterprises Ltd offers, to both manufacturing and servicing workshops in the transport sector, a service to develop and implement Quality Management Systems to assist those in the sector meet their compliance requirements with regards to the Land Transport Act, Land Transport Rules and the Health and Safety at Work Act.
Fuel Management Advice
Steve is an EECA approved Registered Fuel Management Advisor and can assist transport operators to identify and correct fuel wastage issues within their operations.
HPMV Attributes Sheets
Current HPMV attributes Sheets are required for all HPMV and 50MAX permit applications. Tohora Enterprises can check vehicles and prepare valid HPMV Attributes Sheets.

HPMV/50MAX Permit Applications
Tohora Enterprises can prepare and submit 50MAX/HPMV Permit Applications.
HV Brake Certification
As an HVS certifier with the ‘Brakes’ category, Steve can undertake the required brake certification where an HV has been modified in such a way as the brakes may have been affected.
Static Roll Threshold
As an HVS Certifier with the HVS1 and HVS2 categories, Steve can carry out the calculations and certify vehicles that require SRT Certification.
